Non weight lifting/ Muscular strength activities.

It is important to understand that muscular strength can be maintained or improved by  lifting weigh, but by simply doing activities/sports where you are have muscle activity for a longer period of time.  If you are jogging you are developing muscular endurance by working your leg muscles. The is true with the other examples below. This are clearly examples that build muscular strength with out actually being in the wieght room lifting weight.

Biking
Basketball
Soccer
Lacrosse
