During this course students will enhance their personal fitness through Individual & Team Sports and Aerobic Activities. Students discover their prefered way to exercise and learn what it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Fitness For Life 1.1 will enable students to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and maintain a health-enhancing level of fitness and to increase physical competence, self esteem and the motivation to pursue life long physical activity.

Teen Parenthood is for new parents and discusses child development from birth through the first 18 months of life. 

A variety of team games for students to work on social skills and working together.  Student ages range from 10-17 years of age.  Specific rules are included.
