Student Evaluation of Your Lesson
Have your students complete an evauation of the lessons that you delivered in class. You may create your own, or you may use the one attached here.

You might want to brainstorm activities you did in class with the students....putting them on the board where everyone can see them before you begin the evaluation. You might also want to describe what each of the lessons was intended to do.
Upload the results from your class evaluation. Upload the document as a Word document. If you do not use Word, please save it as an .rtf (rich text format) document and upload that.
