    The goal of this course is to help students build technology skills that will help prepare students for success in their education, and future jobs.  promote lifelong learning experiences using online skills, sites, and tools of today.

    In this class students will participate in interactive project-based experiences using different Web 2.0 tools available on the Internet. We hope to help increase students’ technology proficiency for future success by providing cost-effective resources.

    Students will work on developing the following technology skills:

      Cyber Safety

      1. Know how to be safe while on the Internet, be a good digital citizen and protect your reputation and identity online

      2. Understand what Online Etiquette and Online Bullying are

      3. Meet a national standard for Digital Citizenship

      4. Create, access, share the 9 themes of Digital Citizenship, the Core Rules of Netiquette, your own Digital Bill of Rights, a Web 2.0 tool of your choice to present your Digital Bill of Rights and a Web 2.0 tool of your choice to create an online poster showing how to be safe on the internet
