14 - Craft and Structure Project

Before starting on this final project you might want to refresh your memory of some of the Frankenstein text. Take some time to read a few chapters again to remind yourself of how the characters use language in their thoughts and discussion.

Ready?

Option 1: Character Journal

Write a Journal for one of the characters in the book (Not Robert Walton or Victor). Document the events of the story from that character's perspective. Each entry should be between 450-800 words. (Minimum 10 entries)

Option 2: Conveying Emotion

Make a video that incorporates the language from one of the characters in the book. Consider how some of the characters think and respond to others at various points in the story. Capture the spirit of that character. In the video you want to convey a sense of emotion throughout the use of color, music, sound or imagery that relates to a specific portion of the book. Include a video description that provides which chapter, character or event you are trying to capture.
