Concepts

Helpful concepts for working with technology:

• When in doubt, right-click
  Often the best way to get unstuck on a computer is to right-click on the thing that's troubling you.

• Got problems? You're not special.
  Even the best technology users get stuck all the time. If you get stuck using tech, you're in good company.

• Don't know? Don't worry. Just press the buttons.
  If you're not sure what to do on a computer, pressing things will often get you going again.

• Stuck for 15 minutes? Get help!
  If you haven't figured something out in 15 minutes, ask someone for help. Your time is too valuable.

• There's too much! Learn ONE thing.
  It's impossible to learn everything about technology, but you can learn one thing. One thing at a time.
