Web Conferencing
If you need synchronous help from me, I have an option that is linked on the main page. If that's not good enough and we need to share desktops, we will be using a combination of Google Voice and Mikogo, or Skype.
Here's how it will work. I will set up a Mikogo meeting and you will be emailed the details. This is a program that you will need to download. When you open the program, enter the Meeting ID number. After connecting, you'll have to call the number provided using either your Gmail account (remember, it lets you make calls), or with your phone.
This program will allow me to share a screen with you so that I can help answer your questions.
If it's just a quick question we can set up a Skype or Google Video Chat session.
