Exploring Careers
After completing the career inventory, I would like you to conduct a job search on two different jobs in the top two areas you scored the highest in. You can do internet research anywhere you choose. You will then need to gather information about the two jobs and then write a report (a compare and contrast paper) about both of the jobs you picked. You must include information about the wage, annual openings, preparation for having the job (Do you need training or education i.e.. 4 years of college), and working conditions. After you gather enough information, you should be able to tell me which job you would choose if your were given the option to work at either one of the jobs. I do not want you to tell me you pick the one that pays the most as an answer I want you to think long and hard and have several reasons as to why this career is a good one for you to have.
